Gujarat Vets have done it again: Now a unanimously elected Gujarat Veterinary Association

Just a few days back Vets of Gujarat while showing an unprecedented display of unity, unanimously elected four members for the Gujarat Veterinary council. In a show of solidarity again Gujarat Vets have unanimously elected the members for the Gujarat Veterinary Association.

The newly formed body is as follows:

President: Dr J V Nadodha

Vice President: Dr Falguni

Secretary: Dr Raxit Patel

Joint Secretary: Dr Palsani

Treasurer: Dr S I Patel

Executive Members: Dr Kakadia(Rajkot), Dr Atul C Patel (Surat), Dr Pinakin Patel (Dairy), Dr R G Shah (Kamdhenu), Dr Satish Patel (Pharma) and Dr Amit Choudhary (Patan).

Gujarat Vets under the aegis of All Gujarat Veterinarian's Scocial Security Trust also celebrated the World Veterinary Day on 28th April. More than 600 Vets on their own expense came from all over the Gujarat and attended the celebrations which took place at the Town Hall Gandhi nagar. A seminar on the theme of World Veterinary Day 2018 “The role of the Veterinary Profession in sustainable development to improve livelihoods, food security and Safety” was also organized on the occasion.

Along with seminar the Gujarat Veterinary Association also convened its General Body Meeting and unanimously elected the new executive body.

This seminar was supported by State Veterinary Service Association President Dr R S Patel and his team.
