Job Description for “Production - Trainee Executive” About the Organization: National Small-holder Poultry Development Trust is an apex sectoral organization with mandate to spearhead and nurture community poultry in India. At present there are over 9,000 women poultry producers of Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal and Assam working under its aegis. These women belong to poor tribal and Dalit families of some of the poorest districts of these states. They have been organized in 22 primary poultry cooperatives. The cooperatives are further federated into state level secondary organizations. In the FY 2015-16, they collectively posted a sales turnover of Rs.300 crores and earned over Rs.21 crores profit in producer’s hand. Job Prospects: The selected person will be deputed to a poultry cooperative society. S/he will be in probation for a period of 12 months and will be working under the guidance of a senior person. The continuous professional development inputs are provided throughout their career path to equip them for role transitions and new responsibilities. Remuneration: D uring probation period of 12 months, s/he will be paid fixed stipend of Rs. 27,000/- p.m. The CTC after probation period (12 months) shall be 4.70 lakhs per annum Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹27,000.00 /month Required education:
