Admission date to B.V.Sc. & A.H. under 15% All India Quota is extended to 28 February 2022

Date for taking admission into B.V.Sc. & A.H. course under 15% All India Quota is extended from 30 September 2021 to 28 February 2022. A letter in this regard is issued by the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying on the 1^st of October 2021. 

The veterinary council of India (VCI) fills 15% of all India quota seats in recognized veterinary colleges through the merit list of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). Due to the COVID-19 pandemic this year NEET was conducted on 12^th September 2021 and its result is underway. Keeping in view the delay in NEET results the last date of admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H. course under 15% All India Quota is extended from 30 September 2021 to 28 February 2022.

After the declaration of the NEET 2021 result, counselling for admission to BVSc and AH courses under 15% of all India quota seats will be conducted by the Veterinary Council of India (VCI). Last year, seats were allotted to candidates as per their rank in NEET, choice, availability, reservation policy, and other criteria.
