MOU Signed to Purchase and Market the Ginger and Turmeric


UP-Based Farmer's Team "Rural Hub" Joins Hands with Mizoram Government for Benefiting Farmers without Any Mediator: Gaurav Gupta

A Group of Representatives of Rural Hub Foundation popularly called Rural Hub dedicated to the prosperity of the farmers by providing advanced techniques and technology at the farmer's door, is currently meeting with various agencies and authorities of the agriculture and horticulture department of the Mizoram Government. Group leader engineer Gaurav Gupta said that the Rural Hub is going to tie up to purchase and market and cultural produce light Turmeric and Ginger from Mizoram farmers to provide them maximum profit.

He also said that the produce will be purchased under the provision of the MSP and this entire marketing network will be monitored under the Agricultural Infrastructure Fund(AIF), Pradhan Mantri Formalization of Micro-food Processing Enterprises' Scheme (PMFME). The team leader Gaurav Gupta stated, " Rural Hub has arrived in Mizoram to sign a MOU with agriculture and her horticulture department to purchase and market the most popular agricultural produce like Turmeric and Ginger to benefit the farmers. The produce will be marketed after processing of the raw products and letter it will be put up in the marketing network to get maximum profit." He also said that such products will be processed by setting up small factories and suitable infrastructure will be developed.

The Rural Hub is UP UP-based former cooperative production and marketing network, working since 2022 just after the Covid-19 epidemic when the country faced a serious economic crisis. Currently, Rural Hub has a network of 350 small-scale Enterprises and 1500 farm producers who are deeply involved in natural farming and getting the highest income from their produce. Rural hub providing Single Window Scheme and promoting Digital Agriculture. Rural Hub has started the rural business networking with zero budget and achieved an annual turnover of around 20 crore by cleaning that they do not require any government subsidy and moving forward through their hard work and dedication to the farmer's prosperity. The rural hub also works for Gaushala development and cow dung-based agriculture to minimise the pressure of stray cattle(cows and their progeny) in the rural and urban areas.
