Australian Firm to enhance Dairy skills of Indian Farmers

Australian firm MoooFarm will teach the nuances of Dairying to Indian Farmers as part of Government initiative to increase the Farmers income by 2020. Indian Farmers will be trained in the Animal nutrition skills and other critical skills required for the profitable dairying. 

India is the largest producer of Milk in the world and most of the Framers rely on traditional methods of Dairying often loosing on the “extra” production that could be achieved through adoption of latest scientific interventions such as nutrition and disease control. MoooFarm will train the farmers through UDAY, a skill development initiative by the Government of India.

Talking to a news paper MoooFarm founder Param Singh said that master trainers are providing content to farmers for scaling up which is being delivered through village-level entrepreneurs and the target states include UP, MP, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana and Odisha.
