IDA one day workshop on ‘Complaint Handling- The ISO Way’

Indian Dairy Association (IDA) West Zone is organizing a one day workshop on ‘Complaint Handing- The ISO Way’ on 30th June 2018 at Andheri Mumbai.

This program provides guidance for the design and implementation of an effective and efficient complaints handling process for all types of commercial or non-commercial activities, including those related to electronic commerce. It is intended to benefit an organization and other interested parties. In a global competitive marketplace, the value of a pro-active Complaint handling mechanism provides confidence in the consistent treatment of complaints leading to a positive customer experience.

Delegate Registration fee is Rs 3500 for IDA members and for non- members its 1770 Rs+ 3500Rs.  Venue of the event is A 501 Dynasty Business Park, Chakala, J B Nagar,  Andheri East Mumbai 400059.
